Job Captain – High‑Rise Architecture
Fort Lauderdale, FL | International Design Firm | On‑Site
Our client, a global architecture and design firm, is seeking an experienced Job Captain with strong Revit proficiency to support large‑scale high‑rise condominium projects in Fort Lauderdale. This role requires 5–8 years of architectural experience and a solid background in construction documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Produce detailed construction documents and models in Revit for high‑rise projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Assist with design detailing, technical problem‑solving, and project documentation.
- Review RFIs, shop drawings, and consultant submittals.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and applicable building codes, including the Florida Building Code.
- 5–8 years of architectural experience; high‑rise or large‑scale project experience preferred.
- Advanced Revit skills required (complex modeling + documentation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and building systems.
- Procore experience a plus.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Full‑time | On‑site | Monday–Friday
