The Architectural Project Managerisresponsibleformanagingmultiplecommercialarchitecturalprojectsfrompreliminarydesignthroughconstructionadministration .Thisroleservesastheprimarypointofcoordinationbetween Stiles Architectural Group ,clients,internalbusinessunits,consultants,contractors,andmunicipalities,whileoverseeingprojectdesign,documentation,schedules,budgets,andoverallexecution.

Assistantsandcoordinatingoutsideconsultantstoensureprojectsaredeliveredsuccessfullyfromdesignthroughconstruction.

• Managemultiplearchitecturalprojectssimultaneouslyfromprogrammingandpreliminarydesignthroughconstructiondocumentsandconstructionadministration.
• Serveastheprimaryarchitecturalpointofcontactforclients,consultants,contractors,municipalities,andother
  
  Stilesbusinessunits.
• Developprogramminganddesignconceptsofvaryingcomplexity,includingsiteplanning,building design,andinteriorspaceplanning.
• Leadthedevelopmentandpreparationofconstructiondocuments,including hands-onproductionasneeded,whiledirectingandsupervising

  Assistantsandcoordinatingtheworkofconsultingengineers.
• Manageprojectschedules,deliverables,consultantcoordination,andoverallarchitecturalprojectexecution.
• Provideconstructionadministrationservices,includingfieldobservations,drawingclarifications,shopdrawingreview,productapprovals,permittingissues,andcoordinationbetweenconsultantsandcontractors.
• Managetheadministrativeandfinancialaspectsofassignedprojects,includingprojectbudgets,clientcontractsandnegotiations,consultantagreements,andapprovalofaccountspayable.
• Leadprojectmeetingsandpresentationswithclients,governmental agencies,consultants,contractors,andother
  
  Stilesbusinessunits.
• Applyastrongworkingknowledgeof Floridazoning,building,life-safety,andotherapplicablecodesthroughoutthedesignandconstructionprocess.

• Professionaldegreein Architecture(BS,B.Arch,M.Arch) withaminimumof7yearsprofessionalcommercialexperience;understandingofconstructionmethodologies,detailandstructuralsystems.
• Architectural License(Stateof Floridaregistration) aplus.

• Strongunderstandingofarchitecturaldesign,development of
  
  Construction Document sand Construction Administration .
• AutoCADRelease
  2014(minimum) is preferred.
  
  BIM/Revitexperiencedesired.
• Mustunderstandconstructionmethodologiesandsystemsandhaveabasicknowledgeofmechanical,electrical,plumbingsystemsinabuilding.

• Abilitytocombineprinciplesoflogicandtechnicalthinkingwithdesignpractices.
  
  Knowledgeofbuildingcomponentinter-relationshipsonadetailedandbroadlevelisrequired.
  
  Problemsolvingabilityandorganizationiscrucial.
• Abilitytocommunicateideasviagraphicpresentations,verballyandinwrittenformtoclientsisessential.
  
  Mustbepersonable,presentableandprofessional.
• Abilitytoapplycreative,insightfulthoughttocreatedesignswhichareofhighqualitynotonlyintechnicalcompliancewithdesignguidelinesandbuildingcodes,butalsocreativelyeffectiveinaccomplishingthegoalsofthe
