  Kid Strong Children's Coach
• Location:
  
  Kid Strong Plantation (rapidly growing studio)
• Schedule:
  
  Weekdays 9:00–11:00 a.m. and 2:30–7:30 p.m., weekends 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; additional hours for birthday parties and camps
• Role focus:
  Coaching children on brain, physical, and character development aligned with the evolving monthly curriculum
• Ideal candidate:
  Athletic or coaching experience, ideally with kids aged 12 months to 11 years

• Coach class sizes of 6–15 children; ensure classes start and end on schedule
• Teach the Kid Strong curriculum as provided by HQ programming team
• Greet students and parents/guardians; maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor
• Demonstrate and manage implementation of various exercises
• Maintain cleanliness of the center (lobby, bathrooms, floors, equipment); sanitize mats at end of shift
• Use the KS Coach’s App to record class data and provide attendance/awards information to parents
• Communicate professionally with coworkers via Slack; check messages regularly
• Work in a physically intensive environment; move equipment up to 25 pounds
• Work hands-on with kids to ensure proper technique and safety
• Assist parents of younger students with class flow
• Attend monthly staff meetings to receive training; attend mandatory staff meetings as required
• Learn and manage Coach Kid Strong Camp (special classes during school breaks)
• Obtain certified status by the HQ Training and Certification team

• Passion for working with children
• Prior coaching experience with appropriate Kid Strong age groups preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
