Purpose:

To assist full time and adjunct faculty in lab classes.

Job Category: Non-Exempt

Hiring Range: Commensurate with experience

Pay Basis: Hourly

• Provides demonstration of skills to students.
• Provides constructive feedback in a way that enhances student learning.
• Evaluates student performance given a grading checklist or rubric.
• Assists in grading written work as needed as related to patient documentation.
• Monitors and supports the activities of students to ensure that standard policies and practices are followed; enforces all lab safety protocols.
• Provides training and assistance in the use of equipment to ensure efficient usage.
• Completes special projects as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
