ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Assist in the design, planning, development, and implementation, of events for admissions and the campus.
* Prepares email campaigns for electronic delivery to all vendors
* Prepare weekly report concerning events and outreach conducted.
* Organizes and maintains an active computerized database to track progress on events
* Assists Admissions department with the preparation and execution of campus events (i.e. new student orientation, open houses, etc.).
* Ensure all directed activities are coordinated, scheduled and/or in progress in order to achieve anticipated objectives and outcomes.
* Responsible for stuffing and mailing mail campaigns.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
* Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field
