The organization has ownership of a highly capable fleet of 31 tankers and articulated-tug barges and will also provide ship management services to 20 vessels. Union membership is required upon acceptance of a permanent role within the ATB fleets.

• Basic Training
• VPDSD (Vessel Personnel w/Designated Security Duties) (VI/6)
• Required STCW Endorsements and Training
• Assistant Engineer Limited, Oceans Motor
• OICEW (Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch) 750kw/1000HP or higher
• Personal Survival Craft (VI/2)
• Advanced Firefighting (VI/3)
• Lifeboatman endorsement
• STCW Medical Certificate - we require the STCW Expiration Date to be valid
• TWIC badge
  - Not to expire within three months
• Valid Passport - Not to expire within six months

• Refrigeration Recovery Universal Technician Certification

• West Coast, Gulf, and East Coast ATBs - 28/28
• Western Alaska ATBs - 45/45
