As a Junior Sales Engineer, you play a key role in some of the most exciting AV/IT projects – from new-build superyachts to massive refits and long-term service contracts. You’re part of something big, working in a tech-driven, globally connected environment.

• Translating client dreams (sometimes very complex ones) into technical specs that are clear, practical, and budgeted
• Helping shape proposals and cost calculations for high-end international projects
• Working closely with our engineering, sales management, logistics, and service teams
• Spotting technical and commercial risks – and offering smart alternatives
• Being part of tenders, client pitches, and high-stakes decision-making
• Ensuring everything is crystal clear in our CRM and proposal systems

• A gross salary between €118,- and €4.296,- when working 40 hours a week - based on your current experience;
• A company laptop and iPhone;
• A travel allowance of €0.23 per km (travelling from home to work);
• 25 vacation days per year;
• A annual profit sharing bonus;
• We apply the M&T Technical Installation Industry Collective Agreement;

• You’ve got a technical background in Engineering, AV/IT, or similar;
• You are detail oriented and organized;
• You're excited by AV/IT systems and the world of superyachts and high-end tech
• You’re not afraid of complex calculations or tight deadlines – you stay focused and accurate;
• Enjoy working in a team, but aren’t afraid to take initiative;
• You communicate clearly and confidently (in both Dutch and English);
• You’re collaborative, proactive and confident in taking responsibility.
