EXP is hiring a Mechanical Designer to join the Hospitality HVAC Design team in the Miami (Coral Gables) or Fort Lauderdale FL office. You will work on hands-on CAD tasks, perform load calculations, and select equipment under senior staff guidance.
The role requires 0–3 years HVAC design experience, a Bachelor’s in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering, and familiarity with AutoCAD and REVIT MEP. EIT is a plus. Strong communication is essential as you coordinate with vendors and cross‑discipline teams.
