Responsibilities
Maintain the payroll system and process payroll in a timely manner. Follow corporate guidelines for payment to vendors, communicate any possible errors to the appropriate manager, CFO, and senior accountant, and maintain confidentiality in relation to both employee and vendor information.

- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of accounts payable/payroll experience with a healthcare background preferred.
- Use of personal computers a must with preferred knowledge and/or training in payroll/accounts payable systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
- UKG experience preferred.
- Lawson experience preferred.
- Certifications or continued education in related field a plus but not required.
- Able to maintain time keeping system and communicate any possible errors to appropriate manager, CFO and Senior Accountant.
- Able to process payroll in a timely manner and adhere to all corporate guidelines.
- Able to follow corporate guidelines for payment to vendors.
- Able to maintain confidentiality in relation to both employee information as well as vendor information.
- Able to complete other duties as assigned.
- Sensitive and aware of diverse cultures and their practices.
