Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented “Lien & Restraints Scrubber” to join our Fort Lauderdale office, in person, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
This is a great fit for someone with experience in MCA, underwriting, or financial analysis who enjoys working with bank statements and accounts receivable data.
Responsibilities- Review bank statements and accounts receivable reports to identify vendors and payment sources for defaulted merchants
- Carefully analyze financial documents to uncover crucial data and ensure successful recovery processes
- Trace and verify recurring payment sources, processors, and account debtors tied to specific merchants
- Organize and summarize findings for internal attorneys, operations, and collections teams
- Assist in preparing internal reports used for UCC lien notices, restraints, and account debtor outreach
- Flag inconsistencies, suspicious activity, or missing information that may affect recovery
- Maintain accurate records of all scrubbed files and sources in our internal systems
- Experience in a financial‑related field such as MCA / revenue‑based finance, banking, credit risk, loan servicing, collections or recovery analytics
- Strong comfort reviewing bank statements, transaction histories, A/R ledgers, and financial documents
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized with multiple active files
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and general computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fort Lauderdale, FL office (in person only) - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM - Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, with growth potential
