Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 -$95,000
- Direct exposure to the CFO and executive leadership team
- Opportunity to influence key business decisions through financial analysis and insights
- High-visibility role with cross-functional partnership across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing
- Lead critical budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives

- Use data and analytics to drive operational and financial improvements

- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership

- Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive process improvements related to reporting, planning, and data integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization experience is a plus
