The Beauty Sales Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Broward County, focused on providing an elevated, inclusive customer experience for L.YS Beauty shoppers. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, understanding their skincare and cosmetic needs, and recommending suitable LYS Beauty products and shades. The specialist will demonstrate product application techniques, maintain a clean and well-stocked display area, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

This role also involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, processing customer transactions, handling product inquiries, and sharing brand values around clean, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty. The specialist will collaborate with store management and L.YS Beauty representatives to support events, promotions, and new product launches.

We’re looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional freelancer to support our brand in the Broward area and nearby locations, including Sawgrass, Pembroke, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Aventura.

• Strong sales skills, with a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to assigned stores
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and close sales
• Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and cosmetics, including shade matching, skin concerns, and product application
• Friendly, inclusive, and professional communication skills
• Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with store teams
• Attention to detail and organization to maintain displays, manage inventory, and follow visual merchandising guidelines

This is a part-time position, typically up to three days per week, depending on market needs. Additional shifts may be available during the holiday season.
