Provides oversight of the daily nursing operations and delivery of nursing care, nurse staffing, and clinical education. Ensures evidenced based practices are maintained for optimal patient outcomes. Serves as the nursing administrative lead for the nursing supervision staff. Translates research into evidence-based practice for nursing staff. Provides strategically aligned education/training to achieve outcomes consistent with the facility's strategic nursing plan.

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.

Essential:

• Five years of related experience.

Essential:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
• Basic Life Support required.
