Earn $50 or more in commission with gratuity per service for Full‑Time LMT’s!
Requirements- Active Florida Massage Therapist License.
- Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance.
- Customized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
- Participate in continuing education to improve effectiveness (preferred).
- Background check with satisfactory results and positive employment references.
- Adherence to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations.
- Knowledge and experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; experience in other modalities desired.
- Consistently meet rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with members and guests.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Customize service based on client request and observations.
- Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy lifestyle programs.
- Recommend services, products, and programs to members and guests confidently.
- Stay updated on retail products and promotions; attend mandatory staff meetings.
- Support team goals and create a positive work environment by modeling exemplary behavior.
