Supports the efficient and effective medical office operations. Ensures easy, efficient, and service-oriented check‑in/registration and check‑out processes. Manages all incoming calls, creates patient encounters, and schedules appointments. Supports practice operations and medical record requests. Collects payments and balances financial ledgers.
