We are a clinician-owned & operated home health agency covering Broward County, where your compassion and skill will be valued. As an HHA, your primary mission is to provide safe and comfortable care in patients’ homes while supporting the broader clinical team.

• Assist patients with daily activities to maintain their safety and comfort at home.
• Maximize patient outcomes by following care plans and monitoring health status.
• Serve as a patient advocate and communicate necessary information to the Clinical Team Director, Director of Nursing, and other team members.
• Collaborate with team members to manage each patient’s care and address any changes or concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s License (required).
• CPR/BLS Certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Home Health Aide or similar role.
• Ability to commute to Broward County, FL.
• Preferred ability to relocate to Broward County before starting work.
