, we’re looking for a Full-Time Activities (Lifestyle) Assistant to help elevate daily life for our residents and their families.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, creativity, and purpose — and believes an exceptional lifestyle is just as important as exceptional care.

The primary responsibility of the Lifestyle Assistant is to assist the Lifestyle Director in delivering a full-time, engaging social and activity program for all residents and families across our Independent Living, Assisted Living neighborhoods. You’ll help encourage resident socialization, enhance daily living skills, expand personal interests, increase physical activity and education, and make every effort to maintain and enrich each resident’s lifestyle
.

Full-Time

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional weekends and holidays as needed

• Assisting the Lifestyle Director in conducting and coordinating scheduled activities seven days a week for residents
• Helping prepare, post, and distribute the monthly Lifestyle calendar
• Facilitating and supporting resident council meetings and other resident meetings as directed
• Assisting in contacting community partners, entertainers, and volunteers for Lifestyle programming
• Helping schedule resident transportation for outings and events
• Being prepared to drive community vehicles as needed
• Assessing residents’ social, recreational, and lifestyle preferences to guide meaningful programming
• Encouraging participation and building strong relationships with residents and families
• Performing other duties as assigned (see full job description)

• Experience in activities, recreation, or group programming (preferred, not required)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass background screening
  
  Willingness to work in a drug-free workplace
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive community vehicles (preferred)
