Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the Department Team! This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers a world of style, service and connection with globally inspired architecture and design. The hotel has 290 rooms with an expansive pool terrace, 6th floor fitness center, boutique spa, meeting space, and five dining outlets.

• Full‑time, overnight position.
• Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Assign work and supervise team performance in all front‑office procedures (check‑in/out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, room rates).
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Support and assist team members with guest requests and complaint resolution.
• Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, train and inform team members.
• Monitor performance, evaluate team members, and observe guest flow.
• Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic.
