Housekeeping Room Attendant; AM​/PM Shifts

The Wurzak Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant (AM/PM Shifts Available) in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The primary responsibility is the complete upkeep and cleaning of every hotel guest room at the Dalmar & Element Hotel, ensuring rooms are clean, stocked, and inviting for guests. Shifts available: AM 8:30am-5:00pm; PM 2:00pm-10:30pm. Base pay range: $13.00/hr

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures Marriott brand standards and government and state regulations.
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment.
• Respond to any guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management.
• Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and other Ambassadors.
• On time and in proper uniform/dress when scheduled for work.

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months or more related experience.
• Previous hotel environment (Marriott Brand preferred).
• Knowledge of Housekeeping principles, and practices along with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and supplies.

This position REQUIRES weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule.
