Job Description Summary
The Banquet House Attendant will oversee banquet set‑up operations, perform general cleanup tasks, maintain banquet rooms and other meeting spaces, and assist with guest requests. This role ensures all set‑up and cleanup tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting company standards.
Key Job Functions- Perform and oversee general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
- Execute additional duties as requested by a manager (e.g., cleaning spills, restocking closets, moving linens, waste, and operational supplies).
- Assist with operational duties for special guest requests.
- Address unexpected operational situations and perform duties not listed in the standard work description.
- Collaborate with team and management on projects.
- Comply with hotel standards and maintain banquet rooms and employee areas in compliance with cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards.
- Report and correct any observed discrepancies from established standards.
- Collect, distribute, and inventory linens, ensuring proper stocking.
- Remove waste from service areas.
- Use correct equipment and cleaning chemicals per regulations and requirements for assigned areas.
- Provide guests with requested ↔ items and supplies.
- Set up event rooms according to BEO guidelines and confirm setup with the Captain or manager prior to events.
- Gather all supplies for the event, כאן table, linens, chairs, pens, notepads, water glasses, mint bowls, etc., as outlined in the BEO.
- Oversee set‑up and break‑down of furniture and equipment in event spaces, as per BEO.

Job Description
A candidate must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate competency:
- Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hotel banqueting department.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to lead and assign tasks appropriately.
