Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Lead Gallery Host to manage front desk and food & beverage operations, delivering exceptional guest service. You will supervise staff, assist with check-ins/outs, and ensure VIP and special room arrangements are pre-blocked as needed.
The ideal candidate has hotel front desk experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced environment, while upholding safety and policy compliance.
