Avant Stay is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support the Area Manager across our vacation rental properties in the designated market. You will audit properties, manage supplies, and address guest and owner concerns while traveling frequently in-market.
Must reside within a short drive of Avant Stay properties. The role requires hands-on in-market presence, weekend/holiday flexibility, and the ability to lead in the manager's absence.
