Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale seeks a seasoned Stewarding Manager to lead the stewarding operations across our resort's restaurants, kitchens, banquet spaces, and other Food & Beverage outlets.
You will direct the stewarding team, manage daily sanitation and dishwashing, ensure adequate equipment and supplies, and coordinate with Culinary, F&B, Purchasing, Engineering and events teams to support service and special occasions.
