McDonald's Restaurant General Manager

Little Hen is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our Fort Lauderdale location.

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Lead and develop front-of-house and management teams
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
• Manage labor, staffing, scheduling, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
• Maintain strong communication between departments
• Handle guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals
• Maintain Little Hen culture and hospitality standards

• ~3+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume hospitality
• ~ Strong leadership and team development skills
• ~ Experience managing labor, COGS, and operational performance
• ~ Excellent communication and organizational skills
• ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ~ Weekend and holiday availability required
• ~ Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
