Recruiter, Talent Manager
As part of the Business Experts team, you’ll learn the fundamentals of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, competitive industry. You’ll support multiple clients, manage full-cycle recruitment, and play a key role in bringing top talent into our growing organization.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a great communicator, and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You’ll determine a candidate’s potential through thoughtful, insightful questions and maintain a strong, organized pipeline of prospective talent.
What You’ll Do- Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future opportunities
- Conduct interviews via phone and in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume review
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidate questions and communications
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to meet hiring goals
- Meet weekly recruitment targets and performance metrics
- Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred (not required)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Quick learner with adaptability to change
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and deadlines
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and reliability
- Enthusiastic approach to challenges and opportunities
