A national labor and employment firm with offices across the US, focused entirely on workplace law. Partners have a large network of colleagues across the country to refer work to and from.
The roleYou will bring an established labor and employment practice to the South Florida office and continue to grow it with the backing of a national platform. Partners run their own practices with a high level of autonomy, and the pay model is clear and open, so you know how your work turns into compensation. We will want to understand the size of your book, how much of it would move with you, and the type of clients you act for.
Whatyou will need
- 10 or more years in labor and employment law
- A portable book of around $1M
- Based in or willing to move to Fort Lauderdale
- $200K to $350K
- A transparent compensation model
- Autonomy over your practice
- Cross referrals from a national network
- A firm where employment law is the whole focus
