Infrastructure Technician – A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for this role as a Full‑time, Contract position, with a duration of 6 months, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

• Perform installation and service of low‑voltage Category cabling, fiber‑optic cabling, and communications equipment, including Category 3, 5, Enhanced 5, 6 and fiber‑optic structured cable distribution systems.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair cabling infrastructure systems.
• Upgrade and expand cabling infrastructure to improve functionality and usability.
• Coordinate with other Team Members in North American Commercial Services (NACS) Operations to complete projects/work orders efficiently.
• Report to operations management on procedures and status of work orders to support decision‑making and compliance with OSHA regulations.

• Associate degree or certification in a technology or technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience installing, servicing, and maintaining low‑voltage cable infrastructure systems.
• Proven ability to install, terminate, and test low‑voltage cables and fiber‑optic cables, including twisted pair, coaxial, power‑limited tray, stranded/solid conductors, and single‑mode/multi‑mode fiber.

Pay Range: $24 – $26 per hour (based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, and other factors).
