Senior Salesforce Administrator (Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud)
Duration: 12 Months CTH
Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Administrator Role, or 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud: data harmonization, ingestion, and activation for audience segmentation and campaign targeting
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and advanced segmentation - Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting, segmentation, and insights leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Analytics
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform customization, Marketing Cloud workflows, and Data Cloud integration capabilities
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to support users effectively in leveraging Marketing Cloud Journeys and Data Cloud insights
- Ability to stay current with Salesforce updates, specifically enhancements to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud functionality, and provide strategic recommendations
- Strong project management skills with experience in system implementation projects, particularly for Marketing Cloud campaign management and Data Cloud adoption
- Superior communication skills with business stakeholders and execs, translating Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities into actionable business strategies
- Solid governance and technical documentation history, including Marketing Cloud architecture documentation
- Experience in implementing and migrating into new Salesforce deployments, including Marketing Cloud setup and Data Cloud configurations
