We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Product Manager to lead the Manage Booking experience within our digital travel ecosystem. This role focuses on enhancing the post-booking journey, including itinerary modifications, upgrades, cancellations, and ancillary services.
Qualifications- Total: 9-10+ yrs., Relevant exp. 4–5+ Years in Product Management
- Background in travel/hospitality, preferably airline or cruise sectors or retail/e-commerce exp.
- Knowledge of booking engines/reservation.
Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite in a week)
Key Responsibilities- Own the roadmap and execution of Manage Booking features.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and analytics teams.
- Translate user and business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive KPIs such as self-service adoption, modification success rate, and NPS.
- Ensure alignment with compliance, loyalty, and customer service teams.
- Background in travel/hospitality, preferably airline or cruise sectors or retail/e-commerce exp.
- Knowledge of booking engines/reservation.
