- Ensure internal systems and documentation (SharePoint, ticketing platforms, PSA) are kept accurate and up to date.
- 2–3 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or onboarding projects, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive project delivery across technical and business teams.

- Proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project (or similar tools).
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to lead internal and client-facing meetings.
- Must be a self-starter and problem-solver capable of working independently and in teams.
- Comfortable managing remote teams and resources across time zones.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for cutovers and go-lives.
