The Project Lead/Manager will oversee strategic and operational projects that enhance i-payout’s service delivery and related technology adoption. This role combines customer onboarding leadership
, process optimization
, and innovation through AI and emerging technologies
. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong project management skills, technical acumen, and a customer‑centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth integration with i-payout’s platform.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, Compliance, Finance, Customer Success) to meet client requirements.
  • Develop onboarding frameworks, timelines, and KPIs for successful client activation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.

2. Operational Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data‑driven solutions.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance scalability, compliance, and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for process automation and standardization.
  • Monitor operational metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Drive initiatives to introduce AI‑driven tools for customer support and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to evaluate and implement emerging technologies.
  • Ensure technology adoption aligns with regulatory requirements and security standards.
  • Train internal teams on new tools and processes.

4. Project Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Use Agile or hybrid methodologies for efficient delivery.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field (PMP or Agile certification preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in project management within fintech, payments, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record in client onboarding and operational optimization.
  • Technical

    Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automation tools, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
