We are primarily a Windows environment and are seeking an Enterprise Computing Engineer to provide both in‑person and remote support to our employees. As a key member of our End User Computing team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver white‑glove support to executives and Help Desk support to employees in the Florida office. You will also provide remote support to employees in Stamford HQ and other remote locations.

This front‑office role offers the opportunity to work directly with executives, business leaders, end users, and cutting‑edge technology.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with executives, business leaders, and end users. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of solving complex technical problems, clearly explaining solutions, and working collaboratively within the Information Technology group.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, implementing appropriate solutions.
• Provide white‑glove IT support to executives and business leaders in a fast‑paced environment, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PC skills and possess an in‑depth understanding of PC, Mac OSX, and iOS hardware.
• Configure AV meeting setups.
• Install and configure new technologies, providing user training as needed.
• Image laptops with the latest approved Windows OS versions and revisions.
• Set up and configure physical workstations and laptops.
• Deliver IT orientation to new employees in the Florida office.
• Manage Active Directory profiles, Office 365 accounts, and Windows profiles.
• Coordinate and execute employee moves.
• Maintain and manage end‑user computing (EUC) inventory in the Florida Office.

• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Experience using Manage Engine Endpoint Central.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Shell.
• Knowledge of VoIP and AV systems like Logitech Rallybar.
• Strong awareness of emerging technologies.
• Relevant certifications or a formal degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
