Hub Spot Integration Specialist – Valuetainment

Valuetainment invites applications for the Hub Spot Integration Specialist role. The position focuses on connecting Hub Spot to other systems, improving data flow, automating processes, and enhancing overall business operations.

• Integration Design & Implementation: Develop and implement scalable solutions for data migration, system configuration, and Hub Spot integrations with other platforms.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Hub Spot and across integrated systems, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure smooth operation and data synchronization.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer success, IT) and external clients to understand requirements, design solutions, and provide training and support.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, configurations, and workflows.
• Staying Updated: Keep informed about the latest Hub Spot features and best practices, as well as relevant technologies and trends in the integration space.

• 3+ years of experience with CRM systems, marketing, sales, and service hubs, including workflows, custom objects, properties, and integrations;
  Hub Spot experience is ideal;
  Hub Spot Certification preferred.
• General knowledge of database structure, data integration experience with data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and ETL processes.
• Experience with APIs, custom scripts, and technologies like Python, Node.js, or PHP for integration development.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical integration issues.
• Collaborative with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management, meeting deadlines, and ensuring successful project delivery; knowledge of  is ideal.

Compensation: Salary plus performance‑based bonus, comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the stated range.
