As a Technology Solutions Consultant, you will be embedded within network offices nationwide, dedicated to enhancing financial advisors' sales effectiveness and driving practice growth through innovative technology solutions. Your role will involve:

• Building strong relationships with advisors, teams, and network office leadership.
• Delivering customized consulting to align digital strategies with specific business objectives.
• Championing the adoption of Northwestern Mutual’s technology suite.
• Transforming advisor practices through strategic technology integration.

• Develop relationships with financial advisors (FA), FA teams, and network office (NO) leadership to understand their business objectives and support needs.
• Assist advisors in effectively using Northwestern Mutual’s technology tools to enhance client-advisor experiences.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the insurance and investment sales cycles to integrate technology into business processes.
• Apply consulting strategies to demonstrate technology benefits with clear communication.
• Collect feedback from advisors to ensure technology solutions meet user needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest technology applications to improve advisor practices.
• Participate in planning sessions to support goal achievement and increase productivity.
• Deliver training on technology best practices and facilitate classes to promote effective tool usage.
• Prepare users for new technology deployments through training and communication.
• Track engagement activities and attend training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills.
• Travel may be required based on supported offices.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience, including consultation experience in financial services or a similar industry.
• Experience in coaching and training professionals.
• Understanding of sales-focused software technology and its benefits.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to consult and drive measurable improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate groups.
