Network Engineer
Hotwire Communications Ltd is seeking a Tier II Engineer to ensure network, data, video, voice and application environments run at peak performance. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to alerts, provisioning new services with field techs, and creating incident tickets for exceptions.
This role requires strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF/BGP), network monitoring tools (Solar Winds, Nagios), and customer-facing problem resolution.
