Our client is looking for a hands on IT Manager to take ownership of its technology environment and help shape the future of IT across a growing engineering and manufacturing organization.

This is an opportunity to lead a team, influence strategy, strengthen infrastructure, support a major ERP environment, and help bring AI and emerging technologies into the business.

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
• 3+ years leading IT teams.

• Make an Impact – Own IT operations and help build the technology strategy for a growing organization.
• Think Globally – Support U.S. and European operations and manage global MSP and technology partnerships.
• Lead & Develop – Build IT capabilities, develop your team, and create stronger processes and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Be Close to the Business – Partner directly with engineering, production, operations, and senior leadership.
• Own the Technology – Infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, end-user technology, and business-critical applications.
• Lead ERP Support – Serve as the IT point person following ERP implementation and help ensure reliable system performance.
• Shape the Future – Support exciting AI and emerging technology initiatives while helping establish appropriate security and infrastructure guardrails.
• Strengthen Security – Drive cybersecurity practices and support compliance initiatives.

Working knowledge of CMMC, NIST, ITAR, and GDPR. (required)

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, marine, or other industrial environments is highly desirable.
