Yourgi seeks an experienced VP-level Dev Ops/SRE leader to build and run the engineering services function. You will own CI/CD for APIs, web, and mobile, implement unattended deployments, and enable reliable production releases.
You will manage on-call, security operations, and data governance, while guiding nearshore teams and setting operating practices with product teams. Remote role (US only) reporting to the VP of Engineering, with a base salary of $150k–$175k plus 10% bonus.
