If you do not already have your 4-40, you will be required to obtain your 2-20 prior to start. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the insurance industry while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive team environment.

• Learn to manage and service a portfolio of trucking insurance accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage options, and risk management strategies (training provided).
• Handle policy changes and endorsements with guidance from experienced team members.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure the best service for our clients.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations through ongoing training and development.

• No prior insurance experience required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
• A 4-40 Customer Service Representative Insurance License, or 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) Insurance License. You will be required to obtain your 2-20 license for this position.
• A desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Basic proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus).
