• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Manage case files, organize exhibits, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Prepare and file court documents in compliance with local and state rules.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all case‑related tasks.
• Assist with billing and time entry as needed.
