A growing, well-regarded litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the ability to make a real impact within a collaborative firm environment.

This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in complex disputes and enjoys hands‑on litigation work from day one. You’ll handle a sophisticated caseload involving commercial litigation, bankruptcy‑related disputes, and real property matters
, with the autonomy to run cases while still having the support of experienced leadership.

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle cases involving business disputes, creditor/debtor issues, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and real property litigation
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and participate in hearings and trials
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Contribute strategically to case development and litigation strategy

• 5+ years of litigation experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and/or real property law
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Experience managing cases with minimal supervision
• Florida Bar admission in good standing
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong professional judgment

• Salary range: $150,000- $210,000 annually + performance bonuses
