We are looking for a junior to mid-level Associate to join our Private Wealth Services team. This team focuses on helping individuals and families achieve their wealth transfer and estate planning goals by offering integrated advice on income and transfer taxes. Our attorneys provide tailored estate planning solutions that align with evolving tax laws and regulations. With attorneys in multiple locations, we can serve clients where it is most convenient for them.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in:
• Estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Trust and estate administration
• Estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
• Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Preferred:
  Prior law firm experience and an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning
