Associate Attorney (Mortgage) - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Agility 360 is searching for a Associate Attorney with a background in Mortgage to join our client's legal practice located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Florida.

• Attending court hearings in several counties throughout the state
• Experienced with foreclosure (and preferably bankruptcy) process and procedures
• Management offiles and monitoring of cases to ensure deadlines are met
• Document preparation and review including complaints, judgment and sale pleadings
• Drafting responses to pleadings
• Preparing and responding to discovery
• Legal research

• 3+ years of related experience in the specified field
• Experience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines are a plus
• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university
• Must be licensed in State of Florida
• Licensed in federal court or willing to get licensed at the firm's expense
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product

• Direct hire, full-time position
• Salary range: $60k - $70k/ year (based on experience)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
