Talent Attraction Specialist, Hiring for Legal Practice Area @ LHH

Job Summary:

LHH is seeking an experienced paralegal to support a commercial litigation practice for a premier law firm in Fort Lauderdale. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a legal team on complex and general commercial litigation matters for a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, established businesses, and multinational corporations. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach to help drive successful outcomes for clients in a fast‑paced and collegial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of general commercial litigation, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Work directly with the lead partner and, as capacity allows, support other attorneys in the group.
  • Prepare and organize documents for court filings, hearings, and depositions.
  • Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy.
  • Manage client communications and intake as needed.
  • Maintain and update case files and litigation calendars.
  • Handle last‑minute assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications
  • Must have experience in commercial litigation.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Easy‑going personality and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours; overtime is rare but possible.
