** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product handling and distribution.
* Supervise, coach, and develop terminal employees while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and customer service activities to meet operational and business objectives.
* Monitor operational performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and service levels.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive high performance in an operational environment.
* Strong knowledge of terminal, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or related operations with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Proven capability to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
* Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in analyzing operational data, managing resources, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
** Work Environment
*** Primarily based in a terminal operations environment with regular interaction across operational, customer, and transportation functions.
* Combination of office and field-based responsibilities requiring visibility and engagement within the operation.
* May require working flexible schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on business needs.
* Requires the ability to navigate active industrial environments and follow all established safety procedures.

*** Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900 annually and participation in our annual incentive plan.
