• Lead and manage the fitness team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership growth and retention goals.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, cash register management, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training to enhance skills in customer service and sales management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
• Manage schedules effectively to optimize staff coverage during peak hours.
• Foster a welcoming environment for members by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Proven experience in sales management or retail management, preferably within the fitness industry.
• Strong mathematical skills for effective inventory control and financial reporting.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and pricing strategies.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
