Description

We are seeking motivated and customer‑centric Operations Managers to lead our parking operations in various locations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, personnel management, location profit and loss analysis, revenue generation, direct marketing, event management, client management, business development, and team development. Key Responsibilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service:
    Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker.
  • Personnel Management:
    Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Location Profit and Loss:
    Analyze financial data for assigned parking locations to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation. Implement cost‑control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Revenue Generation:
    Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals. This includes pricing strategies, customer acquisition, and cost‑effective operations.
  • Direct Marketing:
    Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Utilize various marketing channels to increase brand visibility.
  • Event Management:
    Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues. Ensure seamless operations during high‑traffic periods.
  • Client Management:
    Maintain excellent relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and proactively addressing any concerns. Ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Business Development:
    Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that can drive growth. Expand the client base and explore additional revenue streams.
  • Team Development:
    Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in location profit and loss analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing.
  • Event management experience is a plus.
  • Client relationship management skills.
  • Business development and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Leadership and team‑building skills.
