JOB SUMMARY:The TM Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the oversight and performance of the Treasury Management sales team for the assigned region. The role manages business within the Seacoast Bank Commercial Banking footprint, leading a group ofपत्र TM Sales Officers and Portfolio Managers. Core focus areas include recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining team members, driving new business and deposit growth, and meeting or exceeding target metrics such as pipeline, won business, fee income, and deposit expansion.
Key responsibilities also involve aligning with Treasury Management protocols, establishing and maintaining a documented strategic sales plan, and providing top‑level communication while fostering strong working relationships with all business partners across Seacoast.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Overall management, performance, and strategic direction of the assigned TM sales team. Work with the TM Business Executive and peers from TM Product, Risk, and Customer Experience to develop the sales strategy that drives growth and meets revenue goals.
- Lead, direct, and coach the sales staff using an advisory approach with a strong emphasis on cash conversion processes. Focus on liquidity management, payables, receivables, reporting, fraud mitigation, and risk to enhance client value.
- Drive sales performance through consistent client and portfolio planning, including tight pipeline calls, weekly performance accountability, and pipeline growth targets.
- Build premium partnerships and communication channels with Regional Commercial and Community Bank partners, involving key management in strategy finalization and execution plans.
- Model and coach a disciplined cash‑flow conversation through joint calling activities with the sales team.
- Design and implement a comprehensive TM sales team plan covering rewards, incentives, and total compensation to attract bebe and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with TM product teams to acquire and manage low‑cost deposits.
- Support TM product and sales onboarding, providing feedback on client experience and process efficiency.
- Identify complex client opportunities early and lead meetings to vet risk, technology, and financial considerations before commitments.
- Partner with the TM pricing team to maximize profitability through fee and feature adjustments.
- Participate in projects focused on customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Adhere to all Seacoast Bank policies, procedures, and Risk Management requirements.
- Maintain compliance with the Seacoast Bank Code of Conduct.
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred;
Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred. - Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success in Treasury Management leadership, or 10 years of deep‑level Treasury Management sales or related financial services experience.
- Proven focus on banking services innovation and technology, especially payment products.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools.
