Sales Manager - Legal Intake

On-Site | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $80,000-$90,000/year | Fort Lauderdale, FL

You'll lead a law firm's client intake team - the people who answer every call, form, and message from someone who's reached out about a legal matter. Your job is to make sure each of those conversations is handled well and that the right people become clients. You own the conversion number, and you hit it through your team.

This isn't outside sales or cold calling - the inquiries come to us. It's a role for someone who's already run intake at a law firm, can listen to a call and know exactly what to change, and can hold a team to a standard without losing the warmth. The team is growing, so you'll hire, train, and build the process as you go, with room to grow as the firm does.

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of client intake specialists
• Own conversion end to end - first inquiry, to consultation booked, to client retained
• Listen to calls, review them with your team, and raise the quality of every conversation
• Set targets, track performance, and report on pipeline and conversion
• Manage schedules and coverage so no inquiry goes unanswered
• Hire, onboard, and train new intake staff as the team scales
• Work with marketing and the attorneys so your team knows what's driving inquiries and handoffs are clean

• 3+ years in law firm intake, including experience leading or supervising an intake team
• Conversion results you can point to - a rate you improved through your team, not just personally
• Call monitoring and coaching experience: you can listen to a call and know what needs to change
• Comfortable with CRM reporting, pipeline, and conversion metrics
• Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Intake experience in immigration, estate planning, or business law
• Experience building an intake process from scratch
• Experience hiring and onboarding a team
