Key Responsibilities - Electronic Assembler / Solderer:

  • Perform soldering, wire stripping, bonding, and other electro-mechanical assembly functions related to sub-assembly and final assembly processes.
  • Prepare and assemble parts according to written procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions.
  • Conduct metal finishing tasks such as plating with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Cross-train and collaborate in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Maintain a “clean as you go” attitude, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
  • Follow all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director.


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of soldering experience in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in the use of soldering equipment and small hand tools, including pliers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, scales, and calipers.
  • Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing work orders, processes, and procedures.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills are required to ensure accurate job tracking and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
