Assembly Team Lead

We are seeking a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Assembly Team Lead to support and coordinate daily operations of our Assembly Line during the first shift. Required Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of team lead experience in the manufacturing assembly or HVAC related environment.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Experience leading a team of 10‑15 employees.

Salary: $46,000 – $54,000 per year

Shift: First

Work Hours:

6 AM – 2:30 PM

• Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to manage and prioritize daily assembly line activities.
• Be proficient in all departmental processes; act as a trainer and mentor for new hires and cross‑training initiatives.
• Implement and promote BPS (Business Process Standards) principles for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules.
• Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).
• Use manual/power tools and measuring devices to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non‑conforming materials appropriately.
• Rework units as needed to meet quality standards.
• Support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling.
